I discovered yoga while recovering from a sports injury. What started as physical therapy soon became a path to mental and emotional recovery.

Traveled to Rishikesh and Mysore, India, to study under masters. Completed 500 hours of rigorous teacher training in Hatha and Ashtanga traditions.

Can I cancel my package?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. We don't believe in long-term lock-in contracts.
Are sessions online or in-person?
Most our sessions are conducted via high-quality video calls, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your home. Selected in-person sessions are available for Premium clients in Mumbai.
What if I miss a session?
We offer a 24-hour rescheduling policy. As long as you notify us at least a day in advance, we'll find another time for your session within the same month.
